By accessing or using WedGo, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the service immediately. WedGo reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the service following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
💳 Payment & Refund Policy
All payments made on WedGo are one-time, non-refundable, and final. Once a transaction has been successfully processed, no refund, exchange, credit, or reversal will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to user error, dissatisfaction, change of plans, or technical issues on the user's end. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept this policy in full.
🔗 Invitation Link & User Responsibility
Upon creation of your digital invitation, a unique link is generated and made accessible to any individual in possession of that link. You are solely and entirely responsible for the distribution and security of your invitation link. WedGo accepts no liability whatsoever for any unintended access, misuse, reproduction, or distribution of your invitation content resulting from your sharing of the link, whether intentional or otherwise.
🔒 Access Code Confidentiality
Your draft ID and access code are confidential credentials that grant editing access to your invitation. You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of these credentials. WedGo bears no responsibility for any unauthorised access, modification, or deletion of your invitation resulting from the disclosure, loss, or misuse of your credentials by you or any third party.
⏳ Link Expiry & Data Removal
Your invitation link for guests will remain active for a period ending thirty (30) days after your stated wedding date. Your editor/draft link will remain active until one (1) day after your wedding date. Following these periods, the links will be deactivated and all associated data will be permanently removed. WedGo is under no obligation to retain, archive, or restore any invitation data after expiry. No compensation will be provided for expired or deleted content.
📸 User Content
You retain ownership of content you upload. By submitting content to WedGo, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide licence to store, process, and display that content for the purpose of operating the service, and to use anonymised or aggregated data derived from it to improve our products. You warrant that you hold all necessary rights to any content you submit. WedGo reserves the right to remove any content at its sole discretion without notice.
⚖️ Limitation of Liability
WedGo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, WedGo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service. In all cases, WedGo's total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service.
🛠️ Service Modifications & Availability
WedGo reserves the right to modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any aspect of the service — including features, pricing, and availability — at any time and without prior notice or liability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuous access to the service.
🚫 Right to Refuse Service
WedGo reserves the right to refuse, restrict, or terminate service to any user at its sole discretion, with or without cause, and without prior notice. In such cases, no refund will be issued for any amounts previously paid.
